Growth in cybersecurity doesn’t just come from technology. It comes from people. At Guardz, as we empower MSPs to protect small and medium-sized businesses, we know that our own ability to grow depends on building a strong, connected, and people-first organization. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Lital Parush-David as our new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Lital joins us with over 15 years of global HR and operational leadership experience at companies like Amdocs, Papaya Gaming, and Perimeter 81. At Amdocs, she spent more than 15 years as VP of HR, where she led large-scale HR transformations and managed a global team of over 150 HR professionals. She later took on dual HR and operational leadership roles, serving as COO & VP HR at Perimeter81 and VP HR & Operations at Papaya Gaming, where she partnered closely with executives and C-level leadership to drive strategy, operations, and organizational development. It’s exactly the kind of experience Guardz needs as we continue to grow at speed and on a global stage.
“Lital’s appointment underscores Guardz’s commitment to building a world-class organization that is as people-driven as it is innovation-led,” said Dor Eisner, CEO and Co-Founder of Guardz. “Her proven track record and impact-driven leadership make her the right partner to help us evolve and support our rapidly growing team worldwide.”
Lital brings deep expertise, but what excites us most is her vision. “Joining Guardz as CHRO is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of an organization that’s creating a safer digital world for small businesses while putting people at the center of its mission,” she said. “I’m passionate about building strong, scalable HR strategies and translating them into action plans, and I look forward to empowering Guardz employees to thrive.”
This people-first approach mirrors the story of Guardz itself. We’ve built an AI-native unified cybersecurity platform purpose-built for MSPs, designed to eliminate the complexity and fragmentation that make security harder to manage than ever. By consolidating the essential security controls for identities, endpoints, email, cloud, awareness, and more into one framework, we give MSPs the operational efficiency they need to protect SMBs.
Our identity-centric approach connects the dots across attack vectors, reducing the blind spots that siloed tools leave behind so MSPs can see, understand, and act on risk in real time. With 24/7 AI + human-led MDR, Guardz leverages agentic AI to triage at machine speed while expert analysts validate, mitigate, and guide response. This gives MSPs scalable protection without adding headcount or overhead.
That combination of technology, operational efficiency, and business continuity is what sets Guardz apart. But behind it all, we recognize that true growth comes down to people, our team, our partners, and the MSPs protecting SMBs every day. Bringing Lital onto our leadership team ensures that as Guardz continues to scale, we do so with the same focus on people that drives our mission.
The future of Guardz isn’t just about cybersecurity. It’s about building a culture where innovation and people fuel one another, creating an environment where our teams, our partners, and our customers can thrive. Lital’s leadership will help us connect those dots.
Welcome aboard, Lital. We’re building something bigger than technology; we’re building the future of cybersecurity, and it’s powered by people.
