This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service available at guardz.com (the “Terms of Service”), which provides additional information on the Services and incorporated therein by references. Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Service. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and your continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing agreement to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how Company collects, uses, processes and shares information related to you. This privacy policy applies to our Services, Solution, Website and other services that we may provide to you from time to time (collectively “Services”).

We divide the information we access and collect into two categories: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. In this section, we describe each of the two categories of information which we may collect, and the applicable circumstances under which such collection is performed. “Non-Personal Information” is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a user, which may be made available to us, or collected automatically via your use of the Services. What categories and types of data do we collect?

1.3 The contents of your interaction with our customer support or sales teams, which may include information you enter in our “Contact Us” online form (if applicable) or any similar input, or in our email corresponding.
1.4 Information we are required or authorized by applicable national laws.
1.5 Personal Information We collect automatically when you use our Services. We automatically collect through the Services the following categories of data:
1.6 System Data: this is information about the systems and related environment with which you are using the Services. Examples of such include type of operating system and/or browser, operating system version, etc.
1.7 Product Data: this is information about the performance of the Services. Examples include error reports, user funnel, churn, bounce rate, scale of the Services use, Services errors’ response times, information regarding your clicks, views and engagement with our Services, information concerning your traffic to and from the Services.
1.8 Cloud IT Data: this is information about the cloud IT provider. We do an automatic analysis of the cloud IT provider. Examples of such are monitoring the cyber security posture. The aforementioned categories of System Data and Product Data are processed in a completely anonymized and statistical manner, where certain metrics and analytics are obtained through the use ofthird parties services. If we combine Personal Data with Non-Personal Information, the combined data will be treated as Personal Information.
1.9 Personal information collected from other sources. We may also collect personal information concerning you, from third parties who have assured us that they have obtained your consent for such provision of information or that you have freely and publicly provided. Candidates Information. We may publish open positions in the Company via the Service, and/or our LinkedIn, Facebook, or other social media platforms. In connection with this opportunity, we collect information that is provided to us by the job candidates, when they apply to any of the open positions published, by name, email, or otherwise, and information we collect or generate following their application.
Legal basis for use.
We collect, process and use your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, based at least on one of the following legal grounds:
2.1 With your consent: We ask for your agreement to process your information for specific purposes and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time;

We remain responsible for any Personal Information processing done by such Third Parties Service Provider on our behalf not in accordance with the terms hereof, except for events outside of its reasonable control and except for such Third-Party Service Providers with whom you have a direct contractual relationship.
Law enforcement, legal proceedings, and as authorized by law: We may disclose or otherwise allow access to Personal Information pursuant to a legal requirement or request, such as a subpoena, search warrant or court order, or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If a translated (non-English) version of this Privacy Policy conflicts in any way with the English version, the provisions of the English version shall prevail.
Guardz’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
