Fairly new to the product but some of the features impress the heck out of me. First of all, any product that self-installs into Azure and doesn’t make me put on my thinking cap just to get it working is a leg up on the competition. I figure if you have the install part done, that the run part is probably pretty mature. Certain things, like being able to easily configure Microsoft Defender and to get reports on the security stance of not just my customer’s computers but also their Teams shares and their M365 instance is just a winner to me.
Guardz helps us tock several security boxes, from scanning files and mail through detecting if anti-virus scanners are still active.
Gives us a comprehensive overview of our client’s security posture and the ability to mitigate the issues it finds! It’s very easy to use, and connects well to accounts. Customer support has been on the money. We plan to use it as an advanced security feature for all our clients that need to meet compliance. The product was very simple to learn as well!

The product is great, and I love to see the constant improvements. The ability to navigate between clients and quickly get a glimpse of high priority trouble issues is incredibly helpful when you’re pressed on time. With the added ability to see suggested remediation steps for the issues, it’s a huge time saver. You don’t have to look up the solution, or even how to do it in some cases, because the remediation steps guide you through it.
Guardz has been well received to this point. The support staff is responsive. The software has been easy to learn and use. It does still seem like there are a few features that should be implemented in the future however.
The product provides an great service, which allows for the ease of onboarding and maintenance, the one-page dashboard is easy to comprehend for non-technical and technical viewers. The application is always being updated/upgraded to allow for greater security.
It’s very user friendly, from the tech standpoint. Integration is pretty simple, and the action items are intuitively laid out to remediate quickly and effectively.
The Guardz all in one platform provides not only end-point protection but the end user awareness training and simulated Phishing campaigns are build in, and you don’t need another vendor. The simple to follow “Remediation options” with clear instructions and steps, makes fixing any detected issues a simple process. Guardz does not require a high level of technical skill to administer.

The Guardz browser extension helps protect me against submitting credentials to phishing websites designed to capture credentials as it displays a popup when you login to websites asking you if this is legitimage or not. It has built-in phishing, ransomware and data loss prevention. It scans files downloaded to make sure they are malware free and there is no noticeable impact on browser performance. I would recommend this browser extension to anyone to help improve the overall security posture of someone’s computer. It works with Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

I really like the Single Pane of Glass approach. It has some really excellent external scans and monitoring, a very good anti-spam engine, using API instead of a Gateway, has DLP for SaaS applications,
and an Employee Security training tool, an Endpoint monitor, an AI phishing kit for Employee Phishing simulation, all hooking into the Microsoft API’s. Some top-level tools into one package along with their nice reports.
